Habibs people meeting with Christine Pearce and her directs to discuss putting names on sheet for next round of notifications in late March. My manager just told me on the downlow . They are calling these efficiencies. Pearce referenced these in her town hall yesterday. It’s just a matter of time for more of us to go. Take your money and run while there’s still money to get. Pray you’re in this round this stress is unbearable. Always hoped I’d make it to 10 years. Now 9 doesn’t look like a given.

Currently employed and I can tell you that it is a madhouse. PX partners are not responding to associates questions. Leaders are doubling assignments and calling it growth opportunities.
Employees are wondering if the extra assignments are just a ploy to force people to quit and save Nielsen severance money.
Do we blame the current leadership or the previous leadership that was allowed to mismanage resources and place Nielsen at its current state.
Maybe they could lay off some of the incompetent lower level managers, do something logical for a change!
First round, because company needs to cut costs. Second round, underperformers. And because we have to hit quota we label good people with unregretted attrition (URA)? Just like Amazon did? CXX = Unhuman Attrition?
