Heard of layoffs at hospitality. Sr director and program manager we’re kid off
There will be layoffs regardless. NCR has been doing them for years. Tenured employees will be the target as they always are.
Watch LinkedIn. My network is not wide but just about every week the last few months I see a couple people laid off in the US.
I told my team to brace themselves. They make no issue telling us they can replace us with 4-5 people in Serbia.
Don’t count on a bonus…. Unless of course you sit on ELT. Then CHA-CHING!!
When the time comes you will be gone.
They been laying off and transitioning people to 3rd party or overseas for 20yrs. I don’t see anything different in the next 20 if they even make it that long
