The software group has unlimited funding and no real accountability. They are not affected by whether resideo sells “new” products or not… they are the perfect place to be in resideo because they are constantly play games.
I do love the parties and wife swapping… keeps things interesting from the daily grind
There are so many wars inside the software group and whatever happened outside the group does not have any impact on this group.

Most likely letting everyone go in Bangalore to save our raises, which means 10 cents for each of us since they pay everyone in India nothing anyway
