Have layoffs started? There were rumors about today but so far I've heard nothing on that front. If it's not happening today, does anybody know when can we expect it to start? I've tried to talk to my manager about this, but he is being very tight-lipped, which has me even more worried.

Yes, layoffs have started today. International started first. Those in Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil received the news this morning, namely those in Star+.
