The same with any Communist country: The stakeholders have no say, the leadership has no clue, and things are going from bad to worse.
Due to a lack of transparency and honesty of leadership, you will get this. Not surprising.
This is a demonstration of Intel's culture of constructive confrontation... This means anybody can critique anybody's work or question strategy all the way up to the CEO. In theory it sounds good, but in practice it has created an environment where employees spend more time throwing stones from the peanut gallery instead of actually doing productive work. And trust me, anybody that works at Intel will tell you this post is dead nuts on.
