The retail side is the growth leader, the financial side is treading water/down. In any case, any job that isn’t a physical hands on has the potential to end up overseas.
The outsourcing will continue, at the end of 2023 when the company splits, the idea is to make it look better financially and dump the retail side, many employees are in denial, but to management they don’t care about people who gave them decades of dedicated work, best to have a plan just in case, don’t get caught blindsided
