Too many daily threads regarding layoffs and toxic culture, lets talk about something positive. When Broadcom takes over, no more DEI! No more inclusivity newsletters about what pronoun to use or what some pod is doing for themselves. Maybe we can focus on actual work and production.

The name of this website is layoffs.com. The purpose of the website is to discuss layoffs.
If only the company leadership wasn't in desperate need of ongoing education on why misogyny is bad, that people with disabilities are still people, and that firing senior staff should be for performance reasons, and not because new headcount is cheaper from universities' job fairs.
And no, we won't quit posting about layoffs, it's in the site title after all. We're merely responding to a successful brand campaign.
