Happy to say that I’ve accepted a new job after being laid off. I took my time and turned 2 other offers down. The non-working notice period really made the difference in not being desperate. I don’t plan on notifying Gf at this point. I still have another 5 weeks of non-working pay to collect then my severance pays out. For those of you still looking, keep your head up and good luck!
