We are told to get MVP accounts even if the customer has no business. We just make up a business name and set them up. In appliances they use fake MVP accounts to avoid the $40 haul a way cost. Is this what the company wants?

I remember DM and SM pushing his ASMs to make fake LTRs. Then they turn around and fire those ASMs.

Stop making fake accounts for haul a ways, Its not right I will not stoop to Lowe's lows to boost numbers no matter what management says. Fire me please and the truth will come out.
I'm sure most of the MVP accounts are fake, I work in appliances and I make fake accounts to avoid the haul a way cost all the time. It was not my idea I was told by management to do it.
This is why all Specialist needs to go . No one is special and deserving that extra pay specialist get. Ask a specialist anything but if they want you to help them find that product or leave there squatting down area good luck. They are overpaid stationary c-m wads. Get rid of them. Let csa do there job until they can remake what a specialist can do for more money .

We do the same at my store. Seems like Lowes would not want a lot of fake accounts but I will keep making BS accounts as long as they want.
