TSC was just a way to get days off!
The former full time TSC people that are now UP managers fully endorse PSR. They never cares about safety only their weekends off.
PSR HAS NO TIME FOR TOTAL SAFETY CULTURE, INVESTMENT IN EMPLOYEES, OR PAID SICK DAYS! shareholders are more important to lance fritz, just listen to a full town hall meeting, read between the lines and tell me if I’m wrong?

Would you expect anything else from a Union that backstabs other unions? Now they are just leaving safety programs, to satisfy some rage? You leave those programs' you loose all voice...... Smart. Hmmmm. Nuff said.
TSC may have been gone, but they live on in management. It was always a joke anyway. People using it to be off on the weekends and then telling on their fellow employees to management. Always talking about pointless stuff like thanks for pushing your chair in here's a TSC card.

Complete Bullsh-t, Roy Davis pulled the plug on TSC on the Gulf Coast because he’s a short sighted mo--n, he also pulled the plug on operation lifesaver, redblock and all other company sponsored safety programs, ol Roy thinks using the only safety program that works as leverage to get his way is how the UP will bend to his will, well, hate to tell you Roy, you Just saved the company a few million more dollars at the peril of the members you work for. Oh and you’ve also just eliminated several good paying union jobs. Who’s the manager now, sounds like Roy Davis General Chairman of the SMART-TD is to me?
