Numerous teams got notified of redundancy this week

Hardly nuked by sorting the lads out with a fine redundancy package.
A lot of talent left naturally and the remaining talent is underpaid, undervalued and getting worked harder so will obviously be looking elsewhere sooner if not already.
But hey who cares really. Certainly not Avaya management or HR.
Galway is not getting nuked. Sounds like a bad apple wanting to blow more noise
No mention of this in the news, from managers......
Has it happened?
Which teams were let go?
Yes, I want out and redundancy too.
Do I ask HR in Galway, manager is pointless and couldn't care less.
Can anyway let me know how, what, everything I should know please.
How do you get on the list, loads of brilliant people got notified, I must admit I talk alot of BS and play the game but I want out, am I being crucified now for being a poor employee for the last 15 years..
Mostly those who volunteered and wanted out for the redundancy.
They are letting their mates go with a package before bankruptcy.
Which teams were impacted?
My manager in Galway didn’t even say a word about the layoffs. Pure mushroom management. Zero transparency.
Great people.
Great talent.
Great office.
Excellent City. Amazing Country.
Avayas loss.
Most telling. Galway held the most knowledge on product development. If they are inpacting Galway, which was already thinned out via attrition, they are giving up.
Lucky few to escape the sinking ship with life raft...
Goodbye my friends, you will look back on this as a blessing.
What day was it announced, today or earlier?
Blessings to you all.
