I heard that Pirate Pete has a glass eye instead of a patch. Inside it is a large diamond to boot. Is this true?

Everything at AIG is a short term play. If you have been here any length of time you know your days are numbered at this company. You choose to stay and roll the dice. Don't act like a victim when your number gets called because it will.
You have about a 5 year window to milk the AIG cow depending on where you work. PZ is getting paid to run down AIG by the time his contract ends. At that point he and his crew will have sold or runoff the great majority of AIG divisions. They also will have received hundreds of millions of dollars when they ride off into the corporate sunset.
You will get nothing.
Losing two of your top actuaries in 2 years, and on your third CFO in about a month, makes you wonder…
Return to office policy …no raises … no work life balance …jobs outsourced to Accenture …etc. are some of the few reasons people are leaving
