These are 2 key qualities our leadership lacks. Parroting "we must act boldly and move with speed to compete and win" does not convey any actual meaning. Does anyone else feel this way reading corporate messaging?

Haha spot on. Moving with "speed and decisiveness" but have to get approval thorough multiple directors and vps.
You are not alone. Transformation is great, changing things and then undoing, and redoing them again all with no benefit realized is ridiculous. I guess if I was making as much as GM I would try the 'ol buying time approach as well.
Agreed. It always makes me feel like they don't have an actual plan, and that is not reassuring.
