It's pretty good for me. Weekends off and done work by 4pm. Pay is good, lots of vacation time, very flexible, wfh options and can come and go as I please.

My manager said I could take an extra day off this week because of my performance in 2022. That forced me to talk to my wife 8 hours more than I needed to. Never again! I can’t wait to find a new company that will keep me from being home.
