The company’s recent performance also raises questions about whether its strategy is sustainable. Its reliance on commodity hedging and expansion into areas where it may lack sufficient expertise creates concern about long-term planning and execution.
From an ownership perspective, the organization appears increasingly driven by short-term financial priorities rather than talent development, effective planning, operational discipline, or a clear strategic vision. Stronger leadership, transparency, and organizational focus are urgently needed, perhaps something that JS and his gang is missing.
