Other countries are putting pressure on companies also. We just can’t export stuff to a country without adding jobs there. Seems like the new way of working.
The email Sanjeev sent was just to update everyone on the merge between EU and NA Service, nothing to do with outsourcing at all.
I got the email on Friday and thought we were expanding globally as in opening in more countries, now it makes sense though.
I'm in customer service and I never received the email
But I think January is where my journey with Wayfair ends, unfortunately
Tough job market out there. Harsh winter for unemployment.
