Summarizing all the recent RTO announcements I've seen:
- Merch/PIM/Sourcing: 4 days a week (RTO for remote)
- TES: 2 days a week
- Store Ops: 2 days a week
Any other teams? Please no negativity just posting for visibility.

Seriously....a lawsuit because you have to actually go to work. Before you scoff at this post. Think about it:
Your employer pays you to work and asks you be present and you want to sue. Grow up.
Find another job. If you leave they won't miss you.

Unless it just hasn’t been announced yet, I don’t think it’s a full RTO for all remote employees in merchandising.
No news but at some point, the org is going to have to treat similar employees the same (not rules div by div like this). I am still surprised HR or legal has not weighed in here. I would really perceive this as lawsuit risk, especially if someone is terminated for not coming in when similarly situated TMs don't have to.
Any news on properties?
