Regarding the RIFs - are our rights limited by arbitration?

I've been trying to get ahead of the rumored August RIFs and have been looking for a copy of arbitration agreements / class action waivers that we may have signed. At some point, I think the number of individuals being impacted raises a question of legality. Can anyone confirm whether you've seen a copy of an arbitration clause (and what items fall under it) or a class action waiver? I think it would either be in an onboarding agreement (which I can't find) or maybe encased in a severance package (assuming severance is offered). TYIA.

You should be able to access any documents you signed via Workday.
View profile >actions>maintain worker documents >document should be titled Confidentiality and Arbitration Agreement.

There was a huge push back in April where HR was assigning out tasks to be signed for those who were onboarded that had the missing agreements.
