Has anyone had a mid year yet? How did it go?

DNM because I'm always "Away", and not responding promptly to emails, and missed several back to back daily meetings, which all boils down to a hint of insubordination. YAY!
No issues here. I received high marks,
I am suspecting mid year is preparation for year end layoff.
