Tj maxx is recruiting Belk store managers, now to the point where Belk is offering selected store managers a significant raise. in less than a year 38 Belk store managers and a countless Sales Team Managers, Omni Managers, and OPS Managers have fled to the off price retailer, some with as much as a 25% increase in their salary.

I doubt they will offer anything to our store manager unless they want somebody who wanders around ignoring everything.
