@3vpv+1kxNJF42 I've heard the same as well. Also if you look at the trainings for managers this month, one of them is on having "productive" compensation conversations. I don't think you'd need a training on how to tell people what their raise is if the raises were good.
Who needs a raise when we now have the ability to identify our pronouns!
waiting for march. what I hear, increases will be less than inflation. then might be time to go. suspect others do the same.
Management are not change agents and impede any meaningful progress by tolerating incompetence on their teams. I don't respect them or their incompetent team members.
I worked for Metlife for two long painful years, I would think they hire intelligent people in tech roles but most were just id--ts hiding to collect paycheck, do nothing, have no accountability and just set around and BS. Oh yeah open floorplan, brilliant , go from being able to work well in a cube to full romper room of distractions and noise. Great job for limited talent who cant get a job anywhere challenging.
