Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Any word on merit increases this year?

Any upping of merit/cost of living increases for those of us still left and not impacted? They have cut down quite a bit on expenses with all the rebadgings and layoffs in 2022 and to come in 2023. Any word on raises and cost of living increases? Eventually they must take care of those left on the payroll.

Merit increases? The company has been laying people off steadily the last 3 years…consider yourself lucky if you get 2-3%.

Give yourself a merit increase, change employers. Better yet, career fields. Offshore is Allstates solution until they can automate.

Haven’t done COL ever really. Company isn’t in a great place right now so I wouldn’t expect much.
