Any word or Regional Realignment or Structural Changes?

Its that time of year... any update on alignment or structure changes? Any new "retirements"?

AI for all positions would be the best alternative 24 hours, 7 days a week. Can't be unionized. Cant be laid off .

The most valueless position in Walmart Is ethics. Let the District manager or better yet the Human Resources do what ethics is actually suppose to do.

Just keep informed of what the WEF is doing thats Walmarts direction. The electric vans that walmart has purchased is an example. Your layoff will be another example to you. Every store manager should have two stores. Too many managers do nothing or seriously reached their level of incompetence after working just a few years.

As you can tell by following the news the majority of big companies are carrying way too much dead wood. They are being eliminated with out a notice of loss. It will take awhile for walmart corporate to catch up but when it comes to their bonus the buddy dead wood will be gone. That will be a good time to buy walmart stock.

Well, I’m thinking of retiring!!
After 30 years of service I’ve had enough of this horribly managed company.

Wow what a question. I don't believe there is anyone at Walmart corporate home office that can even imagine that. That is too hopeful that what Musk did to Twitter would be done to Walmart. A restructure from corporate to 3rd shift at the store level not going to happen but needed.
