If a survey were made about how much employees trust the leadership, I think the results would be brutal.
I wonder how the leadership will succeed at regaining our trust after everything that has been happening lately, or will they not even try to do that anymore?

If you don't like management take it up with the board of directors. They're the ones who hire and fire management. Oh wait they just did. New management is doing housecleaning, because that's what happens when you land in a bad situation.
If no one is telling the powers that be that keeping you around is a good future investment, you should figure out how to communicate that ASAP. You have to prove yourself all over again every time there's a shakeup, and some d-mba-ses go their whole lives without grasping this most basic thing. If you think that kissing -ss is a negative, you'd better unlearn that quick.
And if you are savvy enough to know your boat is sinking, find another boat.
