Sales and Service never ever see eye to eye. Bring in Administration and you have even more issues. Add xerox management and you have an absolute recipe for disaster. Bad decisions follow you like a really bad haircut.

Likely thats why people are shaving their heads and entering the witness protection program. Changing their identity and their future, away from xerox, and getting out of Dodge.

Look no further than the Dum-Dums at the top of ANY hierarchical structure... there's your answer... IT'S EVERYWHERE...

It's a "Fraternal Order" of sorts...

Management within the company is too fragmented and not to be trusted. Internal metrics that measure performance do no lend themselves to Divisions / Departments pulling together. Sales regions not supported by each other, supply/distribution or tech support. Absolute free for all to outdo each other. Too many VPs making decisions based on greed and not what is best for Xerox and the customer. Employees along with customers frustrated with no changes to the existing process.
