Microsoft, Zoom and Ring Central are the big global players in cloud UC. Avaya is nothing anymore but an outdated manufacturer of phone sets at this point. The biggest concern in the industry is how its old base of customer premise systems weans themselves off of the old Avaya technology.

I agree ! If BK was the choice, they probably done it during Christmas - less noise -now it will be hard to do it without huge media cover, which will just show to the world how BOD l/directors are corrupted !!
