True CES Results

I haven't seen any true metrics shared from the CES. Just high level messages from leaders saying "we are good at safety" or "there is no trust for senior leaders". Anyone in the know, what were the true results? I have to imagine they were awful!

Doesn’t matter what the results are. They don’t care unless it has to do with profit. Nothing will get fixed.

Despite assurances of anonymity, there is a fundamental lack of trust in the bozo leadership that cannot be easily recovered. Know that high managerial scores in this CES survey do not reflect genuine satisfaction; rather, they indicate a fear of retribution and discomfort with providing honest feedback regarding competence and true leadership ability.

What are CES results? How do you define ‘CES results’? If you're talking about what you can feel, what you can smell, what you can taste and see, then 'CES results' are simply electrical signals interpreted by your brain.

CES results have been interpreted as: the rank and file not being capable of understanding the brilliance of the re-org, therefore low scores are their fault, and the results thus meaningless and not worth sharing.

A lot of the bad feedback was shared with us but quickly brushed under the rug or laid out as “but we still had strong results here.”I’m exhausted. The well-being s ore was non-passing and idk how they find that acceptable. They can’t fix what’s broken process wise when the people doing the work aren’t feeling seen, heard, or valued.
