Uniti is on the path to being the most poorly run company in history. They now are looking for new vice presidents in many departments because they have laid off so many and lost so much revenue they are now in panic restructure while looking to sell the whole company. The company is allergic to long term planning. Each executive operates like a sole proprietor and pushes their idea with no concern over what other hands are doing. Everyone jumps when they say jump and we all land in an unrecognizable mess.
@OP hey, I’m pathetic, evil and stupid and wouldn’t mind a vp job I could su-k at. Plus I can layoff loads of people( the evil part). I’m so under educated also. The perfect candidate!! Wait, that actually describes the area managers…they’ll be my first layoffs…
@OP that just means more outsourcing and layoffs. Lower revenue = layoffs… Employee expense is the easiest expense to cut. This is nothing new. Where outsourcing can be done, they will find a way even quicker when there is financial pressure.
