@ab agree! Now they expect CX to sell this sh-t when I thought Cisco hired CS reps not hybrid workers covering both CS and Account Management!

The whole thing is d-mb. Whoever thinks that portfolio sellers can sell all the sh-t that Cisco has without any specialist SE’s clearly doesn’t understand the complexity and breadth of the portfolio.
It will be survival of the fittest from a product standpoint, or perhaps that’s the plan.
I’ll give it 12 months max before the numbers are way down and they end up changing the model again.
