Why do we even bother for xom
By staying, working extra hours while wfh, filling up for colleagues who chose to left. I was doing 3 persons job. This isn't a complain, it is asking for an extra compensation.
And considering ranking, I was ranked down for not performing well enough while new hires get their middle performance increment.
