Everyone will agree that it is not worth investing much effort here because it is not valued at all. However, is it always possible to fly under the radar, do the bare minimum and keep your job? I don't think so. My manager has high expectations and it is literally impossible to have such an approach to work.

Seriously, go on contact under DEI and sign up for every virtual DEI course available. Load your calendar with these. It is great cover for not doing anything. There is no requirement to participate in the actual event, but it looks like you are really busy.
Your manager must be new, a fool, or part of the in-crowd (or is trying very hard to be part of the in crowd), or a combination of.
Set your boundaries within your work week and be sure to block out important meeting times such as lunch and breaks. It will help change your status on teams if there are useless micromanagers watching that sort of stuff.
Your manager may have high expectation, but just let your manager try to fire you for performance. It is a long drawn out HR process that no manager wants to undertake so if you push back your manager will fold. Guaranteed. You just have to have the fortitude to say no. If you can't do that then that's on you.
