Does anyone know if they have removed spotlights? I haven’t received any for a while which is not normal for me.

I was advised by my manager to redeem my spotlights by 7/31 otherwise Intuit will claw them back.
Interesting. And very annoying. I feel like they’re really doing some cutting this time. Spotlights were a big reason for me to even bother take on extra/special assignments.
