…when SS gets 1.2M $. The feeling knowing that the very same person who enabled JC all these years is still milking the company, is utter disgust. She should be in jail for her part in the Spoken acquisition, the affiniti and Ring agreements, and the CT Suite acquisition. How many millions in kickbacks did she and DA make out of these dodgy arrangements?

Ct integrations = poor feature set, one person pushed for it.
Afiniti = snake oil, May be they have pictures of JC given the prior whos who on their board.
Spoken = hosted wrap around legacy. Heavily political. But Avaya way over paid for what they could have done

We hear the lead on CT Integrations deal "double dipped" (profited from both sides of the deal) along with flat out kickbacks.
Also, he was able to fast track it through to claim it was necessary for Wells Fargo (when in fact Avaya has since lost that deal). Not unlike how Avaya has pending Federal and Healthcare deals (or clients that were just about to bolt, like UnitedHealth) that requires independent HIPAA or FedRamp Certification in 2018, so Avaya raced to acquire Spoken so they could announce it at Engage in New Orleans, in doing so no one verified the certifications. They took Spoken "word for it" because Spoken did what most small vendors often do....Paraded around proclaiming they were "certified" via marketing materials...
When in fact they weren't even compliant, let alone certified.
It took Avaya tens of millions of dollars and 2.5 years to then start from scratch and begin the certification process through completion to achieve what they thought they had bought with Spoken.

This is what you get when you hire folks who " tick " all the right woke boxes but have no real leadership or interpersonal skills. What happened with the Afiniti deal should have been an immediate gross misconduct firing on its own...........
