Ask your managers about the stipulations for the matching of certain benefits (Incl. PTO) which may have been in the contract CTRX signed with Allstate, compare what you were given or offered vs what one of your coworkers who went to WNS was.
Both contracts were supposedly the same, but apparently one doesn't seem to match with the other.. Upper management at Allstate seemingly didn't know (or maybe didn't care enough to do it's due diligence as to ensure it's former employees were being taken care of and offered what was supposed to have been, or what we were led to believe we would receive) -- They had to be told.
Ask your Managers who also transitioned companies with you to run it up the line at AS.
