With chapter 11 looming again, think droves of top talent will be exiting. Some large customers in NAR will not accept to work with a supplier that’s filed for bankruptcy protection twice. In EMEA, enterprises are opting not to renew maintenance or subx or invest until things become clearer. This has to mean that good people will finally throw in the hat and move on. Thoughts?

Winston.
4 weeks pay / year of service that is capped at 20 years so that's 80 weeks if you're one of the folks that has been over in the UK organisation for many many years plus they get there notice period and all the other perks. It puts our severance or lack of to shame here in the USA.
All this while the incompetent Internatioanl leadership stay in their positions and continue to be rewarded.
Waiting for the package I hear the folks in the UK offered 5 weeks per year of service capped at 35 weeks, process in Ireland kicks off next week, there be nobody left after end of January
