Most of the board needs to go, esp TOM and Serin. But it won't happen, bc of the stock value
@bxg Yep. It's called "Unsolicited Overtime" and it is subject to occurrences. They expect us to meet certain unrealistic numbers for the 40 hour work week in order for us to keep our jobs but then charge us occurrences towards write ups and terminations when we try to work longer to meet their set our requirements. We can't win either way.
I still cant believe people still fall for being salaried in a claim handler position when its well known that youll be working at least 50-60hrs a week once you are at full capacity.
You already do ten times the amount of work that other industry jobs that pay 100K a year have to deal with, you know that right?
I’m a former employee who was contacted by a lawyer asking me if I worked in express/hourly because they’re working on some sort of lawsuit where pay was withheld or something. I was salaried so I didn’t know anything about what he was referring to.
Our area is still getting OT pay but they cap it now at 16 hours per pay period. They still pay over 16 hours but after that if we stay logged on it is same penalty as being tardy and we are charged occurrences.
