This has been dramatically highlighted when training for another company within FIS. Wondering when that old technology with just snap in half and the lights will go out. Some enhancements were made for other users, but not disseminated widely yet. Why would you not make that available? The labor dollars lost to processing using this ancient program must substantial, not even discussing the processing errors. Any high school student council could do a better job, make that middle school student council.

I love when you ask to update hardware that is old and does not meet PCI, you are told no money in the budget but you cannot pass audits and deploy code. And somehow it is fault.
