Emotional detachment is seen as strength. Ruthlessness and lying is seen as career vambition. All approval is based on performance not integrity. The toxic atmosphere is set and allowed by upper management. Been this way since 1980.

dst was the best company in the city to work for better than hallmark better than Marion Labs it had the best mangers and don't say it dudnt
Hence DST stood for "don't stay there" and that was repeated thousands of times since 1979. Many great staff resigned and went elsewhere
