Years ago we had realistic schedules that allowed us to take time off when we needed it. None of us were overworked because we were never expected to cover three or four positions at once due to a shortage of staffing. Most of us knew what we were doing so we didn't have to waste precious time explaining things all the time to new hires. Can we have that Lowe's back? Please?

At least with nibbles we had the Lowe’sBots, holoroom, and that exoskeleton suit. Does the Lowe’s innovation labs even exist anymore or is Melvin like the little man behind the curtain in the wizard of oz?
We used to get paid unused vacation hours.
That is why I left back in May 2021 after 9 years, had enough of the bs and saw how bad Lowe's had become in such a short time. Now I am enjoying retirement.
