I still haven't received a new offer, but it is encouraging that those who leave say that they received incomparably better offers in other companies. Rarely does anyone say that they got a slightly better opportunity, most people got significantly better options.

I was involved in the first Bankruptcy in 2016/2017. I left shortly after we exited in the Spring of 2017.
I joined AVAYA, two years out of college, in a sales position for 2 years and they totally screwed me.
Promised to put me on a sales comp plan within 2 months of me joining and made me work for 2 years in a sales role where I was very successful making $60k and no commission.
I only stayed because I loved our Sales Leader
I remember getting my new position on the restructuring team and sales HR calling me begging me to stay, and me furiously stating I will NEVER work as an Account Manager at Avaya again. I could tell she was very sad.
By the time I left I was making $95k in a Sales Ops role
I moved to a competitor and immediately doubled my salary. I’m now making 3x+ . Point is….Avaya pays absolutely terribly and I didn’t realize that unit I left

Also, please tell us how Avaya is ORBITING around CLOUD and that it is a $3b company that has hidden cash to use at any moment to avoid bankruptcy. RIGHT?
DUDE..YOU ARE BEYOND CLUELESS! The only question is the FINAL DEAL. DETAILS. That is all. Will they or wont they try to avoid legal backlash and allow the ESPP and stock holders to get any value )$1-2/share is our best hope). Current deal on table implies they will go $0, which is just terrible. Other than that, all of this is FACT no matter how much you gaslight with your superhero cape

I encourage everyone to leave ! There is many many better places ! I got 25% salary increase ! More interesting work ! And most important thing a nice manager / place to work / no toxic managers !! Avaya is awful place to be
