Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Feeling that you wasted your career here?

My mistake is that I didn't leave earlier.

There is life after XRX. The grass IS greener on the other side. After 30+ years I left in 2022 of my own accord and my only regret is I did not do it 20 years earlier!
Don't waste time complaining about that horrible management. They don't care about you and no matter what you say or how hard you work it will not matter to them.
Find the job you desire and get the certifications needed to apply for that position. The rest is up to you. Its tough to find the right job but once you, do you will never regret leaving that place...I don't!

A dead guy’s entire plan was quick “flip this house”. Miscalculated XRX strength disrespected Japanese like an immature 7th grader. Backup plan? Hail Mary HP.

His legacy is a shell company that won’t last.

So now you are psychoanalyzing me, and telling me to go to facebook…swell.

I, along with others have no problem letting go. The reason I am here is to simply get as many people away from this poor excuse for a company as possible, so they don’t make some of the mistakes we made staying here.

You like it so much you stay there. But i would bet if you still work there, you will be a casualty, sooner or later. You will become an acceptable loss.

Last time i checked this was a public forum for layoffs. People leaving companies or people that have left companies. But I’m sure you will find fault with anything that was said. It’s just a matter of time.

Well you obviously have issues letting go, so the problem is easy to diagnose. You don’t work here anymore so why should you be concerned about any website that talks about layoffs? Are you looking to get rehired again? If the answer is no then move on to FB to air out your grievances.

Nice. Very stylish. Now anyone who says anything that goes against your grain needs therapy huh?

Now you are a doctor, and you have a unique way with the English language as well.

Shaking my head Another Mr Know it all. This time with a sharp tongue and arrogant personality. How splendid.

Nobody cares about your “feelings.” You want to talk to people, either invest in a therapist or take your “feelings” to Facebook where your friends/family will maybe give a $hit.

My paycheck is on going. Xerox was for nothing but the benefits. And that went south as well.

I didn’t know that i had to be currently employed at xerox to be able to come on here and tell my feelings.

Wonder who d-i-e-d and left You judge jury and executioner?

I think you are playing xerox god right now. But you don’t care as long as you get your 2 cents in, and make a snappy comment at anyone on here.

I don’t think it matters what anyone says, you just are here to harass people regardless of the opinion. Somebody had to say it.

I am done with xerox. Completely.

Lies, double talk, exaggerated claims, zero help, can’t get responses from management, and lousy accounts.

I feel sorry for anyone now who sells there soul to xerox for a few pieces of silver.

Talk about a bad judgement call. So glad i left on my own terms and left them hurting. I was the first of 11 techs that left this miserable place.

I would do it all over again, as i saw what they did to my team, the morale, the call load, and the benefits, and more.

At some point you have to realize that working there is not in your best interest.

Glad to finally bust out of that prison camp. Sorry it wasn’t sooner.

I will never regret my time at Xerox. It was a fun ride until I retired. Not the same company as when I was there, but still respectable no matter what most post on here.

Give up the daily troll posts OP. Has zero to do with layoffs. Your Shtick is getting tired and old. Go write your useless thoughts on Facebook.
