@a4 Badging in on the weekend does not increase your in office days count.
@gn Noone's taking advice from someone that can't use your/you're and there/their properly.
My guess if your still around in MAY, you be more careful with the Flex Friday, Mondays in the future or whatever their calling it now a days. And start burning PTO days when you decide, not to show up in the office.

Can we trade RTO overages days to our lazy b-m co-workers like unused PTO to needy employees ?
Your manager had to submit a justification for anyone who was projected to be noncompliant. If you had a good reason (extra PTO, contagious) then you might be okay. If you are just a lazy ba----d then you are done for

Well I heard that without VP approval you will be layed off or put on a PIP. So yes, you are in trouble.
