Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Executive Losses

Does anyone know if top tier execs were let go during this layoff? I see a lot of posts from impact jobs and departments, but nothing about the top earners. I worked for this poorly managed company for 20+ years before leaving. I've been through so many of these layoffs and always cringe knowing those left behind get shafted... more work and a measly annual increase that doesn't come clise to covering cost of living. Best news is everyone displaced will find work and chances of your new employer genuinely appreciately you is quite high, in comparison.

They were given early retirement packages. Same thing happened in 2018 I saw a few VPs and SVPs go

@1llp+1kog5WG3 That's all they ever do, shift execs around, hide the bodies, and put out the flames on the trail of wreckage they leave behind.

From what I understand, Top Tier Execs were moved around, but not laid off. Some just retired instead of moving around and learning something new.
