Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Avaya ( Reddit )

The Reddit link in the last thread is incredibly informative and especially the link to the letter from Theodore King explaining his decision to start bailing out of his Avaya position and his ending comments:

" But in general I am glad to have washed my hands of the situation & good riddance to this disgusting Board that abrogated all responsibility to shareholders "

" I do still believe Alan Masarek is the right CEO for Avaya and he made solid operational progress during the last 4 months, but integrity matters & he sold his shareholders down the river, shifted fiduciary duties and sacrificed his reputation for the MIP "

The other thing we learn from the Reddit post is that the Head of Avaya International doesn't know how to use Twitter and landed himself in boiling water for publicly showing us all how incompetent he is - but most of us already know that !

If they had hired me as CEO, I would have been equally ineffective and would have had the decency to refuse a bonus higher than three million dollars.

What had Alan achieved ?? Nothing if you ask me, laid off the easy targets in the USA as they have little protection in employment law, if this is his "Prepare to win" etos its down right disgusting people struggling to feed families pay bills but what the heck he got his $6m bonus which is a fcuk you to all hard working employees
