Has anyone gotten or heard of getting a raise along with all the salaried folks? Seems to me once again the lowly hourly hands are gonna get a jelly of the month club certificate.

I work at a non-union site.
Quit complaining, Baytown is union and they get raises regardless because of union contracts meanwhile many MPTs didn’t get anything from 2019 until recently

@csw+1koYYThY Sorry to hear that you guys had to go through all this trouble to get the raises that you earned with your work. Also, I am sorry to hear that it doesn't even cover inflation. You don't deserve to be treated like that. I wonder you guys are still going to work. Also, remember that Annandale is the next one on the chopping block. I would be looking for another job right now. Good luck.
After five long years of fighting for a decent contract (ie, NOT 0% "raises"), the union in Annandale did receive an offer with actual raises. Really, not enough to make up for the last few years of wage workers working on site through Covid as "essential", no raises of any kind (including that 3% earlier this year supposedly given to everyone) for five years, and dealing with other unusual hazards at the site...but it was something.
Insulting, but something.
