this company indeed have toxic culture, even the old ladies at cafeteria also showed the bad attitude to worker.. food is terrible and bad behavior from the cafeteria...

Bad culture, highly inept managers and leaders and no vision. Matter of time before GF will begging even those junks to stay to keep running the junkyard. I am in AME and today we really laughed when our director tried to explain why GF is great. Poor a-s li---r had no answer. It is obvious that everyone in GF is looking for job except those fools that failed in their career and now luckily getting management positions as no talent staying.
Attributing these attitudes to the perfectly pleasant cafeteria workers says more about you than them.

You are right -No it doesn’t directly - but it’s quality speaks to how our managers think of us. How they believe we should be treated.
The Cafe is a direct reflection of GF. Terrible food, service and cleanliness Even the security staff are terrible. Let’s not forget Janitronix. That’s Gf’s fault. You get what you pay for I guess.
