Who would actually deal with xerox and it’s excuses for poor equipment , service, billing and supply issues?

Go hide in a hospital or school system.
Get caught up in all the politics at these accounts. You eventually will get someones nose out of jo--t. It will catch up with you there too. Its only a matter of time. So much for hiding in a so called major account. They will drain the life out of you and then blame you for something you couldn’t control. And Xerox will make you the fall guy. As your manager is hiding and never available for support. Hmmmm sound familiar? Betting it does. … Remember as far as xerox goes, a monkey can do your job. That makes sense as they are already using banana peels for feed tires to cut costs. No callbacks there. Like it even matters anymore anyhow.

Xerox is bottom of the barrel in my opinion, but I have a hunch our competitors (at least in my area) perorm just as poorly as us. If you're a small church, income tax kiosk, dentist office or some other small business you're in for a very bad experience. Anything juicy like universities, hospitals, or at least production accounts will be treated as good as possible.

Yes, Xerox has some terrible customers and machines in lousy locations.

Only customers and accounts that nobody would want. Either bad accounts, poor credit, or extremely high maintenance customers.
Worthless. Bottom of the barrel accounts no one would ever want to sell to or service.
