What is FTE?
@a5 My team, also under Koushik, has five of us going to Cognizant and the other seven getting told their last day is June 30th. Does not seem to be any rhyme or reason as to who was kept.
Who can explain why few guys moved to cognizant and few guys left with FIS. What's the logic behind it.
The goal is 20% going to either Cognizant or Zensar and 80% staying FTE.
I don’t know what percent is going to be RIF’s from the FTE number.
This is just the current plan. In a few months who knows if they will make it 30/70 or higher.
On my team (under Koushik) myself and one other are being sent to Cognizant. 2 others were let go all together. 9 person team coming into today. Commonality seems to be least amount of time spent on the team.
