Anyone aware about the rumor from Thursday that -there is a deal and no bK ?

Pretty sure Avaya is the backbone of Southwest airlines call center. With the sh*t show they have right now and none of their phone systems working and 70% of their flights being cancelled, if this is true, someone is going to be held accountable for this. Can't be good for Avaya's already dwindling bottom line.
