@5qib+1kku2qqq there has been so much attrition that HR got EMIT to automate all of the deactivation tasks ranging all the way from badge/computer access to the gas card in the US.

find the person in security or EMIT who turns off the badge access. Oh wait they were probably PIP’d.
The BTC hiring plan is plus the attrition replacement. BTC Management is quite proud of the massive ramp up, just look at one of the many .ppt they are all too happy to share.
Head count in Annandale going down weekly, leaving in droves……no longer a coveted career…..I mean job..contracting is on folks………
EMIT globally has lost something like 25% for 2022, which is on top of whatever they already lost in previous years. US is on track to hit its 1200 HC target.
BTC must recruit constantly to break even with their own attrition.
@hje They can’t fill the roles because they’re asking for 5+ years of experience and a long list of credentials in exchange for entry-level pay and requirements to be in office 10-14 hours per day.
Anyone who has what they’re looking for can easily get hired somewhere else for higher pay a better working conditions.
BTC has and will be hiring in the hundreds, on top of that hundreds more are the MSP offices. I’d like to see the total headcount by region but you’ll never see that data point.
All I know is we cannot fill any of the open roles with in house young talent… Houston’s solution is to bring back annuitants which is the most shortsighted idea to run the talent pipeline I have ever heard.
Taking into account everything: layoffs, PIPs, and attrition?
